Support is provided to Premier Club members at no charge. Support is provided for users of the free version of SweepsWizard on an as-available basis.

Before submitting a problem report, you should check out our list of known problems and Support FAQs to see if your problem has already been addressed.

If you are still having a problem after checking these pages, please submit a problem report so that we can correct your problem. If your issue is a suggestion, rather than a problem of the program not working the way it is documented, please submit a suggestion.
