Change Your User Info

When you registered your copy of SweepsWizard, you entered information that SweepsWizard uses to fill our sweeptakes forms.  When you need to change your information, follow these steps.


We've Moved

During the September/ October months we moved from Southern California to the Spokane Washington area.  This caused us no end of disruption, but the worst is over now and we have started several new programs to increase the number and quality of sweeps.

Changes, Changes...

We've been working on our administrative web functions so we can better work out billing issues.  In addition, we've added more internal features to our sweepstake processing so we should be able to enhance your sweepstake experiences.

When you "Enter Sweepstakes" the end result listing that is provided  can contain The sweepstake above was not successfully entered... messages. 

We've been promising a write-up that explains what these messages mean, and you can read it now!


Programming new SweepsWizard has started!

We have finalized the new features we want in the next version of SweepsWizard.  Programming has started and as we get the new features worked out, we will be sharing what will be coming.

Support Status

We've updated the support area to contain more useful information.  In addition we will be adding more FAQ articles to help you.


Server Upgrade

We have doubled the processing power on the main server that handles SweepsWizard program requests.  This is part of a planned, long term series of upgrades.


Server Software Upgrade

We have been working on a series of changes to our server software that will enhance our ability to offer sweepstakes.


Coming - a sweepstake holder area.

In an effort to share information with people who offer sweepstakes, we're working an area that talks about sweepstakes and how to hold them.
